For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash.
Our goal is to provide high-quality dental care at fair and transparent fees. Payment is due at the time services are provided unless prior arrangements have been made.
If you have any questions about your account or billing, please contact our office. In many cases, a quick conversation can easily resolve any concerns.
Please note that patients are responsible for all fees charged by the practice, regardless of insurance coverage. As a courtesy, we are happy to submit dental insurance claims on your behalf, and monthly statements will be provided for your records.
Your Dental Insurance Coverage
Dental insurance works differently from medical insurance, and coverage can vary based on the plan your employer has arranged with the insurance provider. We recommend reviewing the benefit booklet provided by your employer to better understand what services are included and what portion may be your responsibility.
At Dundas Dental Studio, we provide an estimate of insurance coverage before treatment based on the information received from your insurance company. Please note that this estimate is not a guarantee of payment, as final coverage is determined by your insurer.
As a courtesy, we submit insurance claims electronically whenever possible; however, responsibility for payment remains with the patient. If the insurance payment differs from the estimate, any balance will be billed or credited accordingly.

Appointments
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least two business days’ notice for any changes or cancellations to help avoid an administration fee. We understand that unexpected situations can arise and appreciate your consideration and cooperation.
